I know it must be tough out there when it is raining a lot, so lots of pot holes.
I've rung 3 times in a few days and spoken to 3 different people. I have found them all to be courteous and professional on the phone. I have also noticed that the road team have been busy seeing to the reported problems.

I use the lights on the corner of woodville road and oxford street, and the pedestrian crossing lights hardly ever work as the kids from the school continue to press it and they cease to work. I have told them it does nothing to press it all the time, as the same as a computer u r jamming it, and being on a mobility scooter I am dependant on the lights to work correctly, and I have noticed the lights at liverpool near the station and near the school the lights have been automated, as I thought a good idea for here, as we cannot guarantee we will get the walk signal. I cant ring all the time, as I dont have enough credit to do so and found I can send a message, and hoping this problem is fixed as the kids seem to have the idea if u keep pushing it they will change quicker and I have told them every time u press it u r resetting it, and they look at me stupid, I have even sent an email to the school and they have had a teacher out watching but it was to no use the kids kept doing it, I strongly recommend these light be automated, as I was at the lights yesterday and there was a women standing with her child I dont know how many times she pressed the button but it never changed and I crossed against the lights as I dont know how long it would be b4 they change. and even when the kids are on holidays they still dont work as the automation would stop all this and I wont have to sit on my scooter all day waiting for the lights to change as I dont have all day to sit there.
