13 15 31 This is the number for Toll. Whatever you do, or whoever you are, or whatever you want, NEVER engage this company for the transportation of goods. They are incompetent, the staff tell lies, one section doesn't know what the other is doing, they lose records, and fail to deliver on a promise. I state from personal experience

Im very confused as all the stories reading for this phone number 131531 seems to be a company people have engaged with and initiated for delivery of some product, but I recieved phone call- voice mail with a person Carlos couldn't understand name if company, he proceeded to say that he is calling as has a delivery for me and gave me a consignment number for package but he has an incomplete address for me so if I could call them back and give them my full address...

But im not waiting for anything that I know of to be delivered and haven't ordered anything to expect a delivery.
So it's all news to me..

So there is the side of me that goes but knows better, and thinks give them address as you will either get something didn't order or won't get something but didn't offer anything anyway..

But I'm not gong to engage as know won't be worth it, what sort of scam would they be getting to do on me, just to get my information maybe??

Don't respond to a text regarding delivery outside of business hours. They'll send the text outside business hours but won't respond if you then call them back. Thanks Toll. Not.

I found this was the worst service for any delivery - no address on card left at door. After lots of searching -found out where it was left- got there and was told I needed a pin number - nothing on card to say one was in my emails- I will contact Good Guys and advise them of the service I received. I also suggest you update you web page - it is useless and tells you nothing

TOLL do not know what they are doing. First, when they picked the item up, they got my address wrong. But they did not go back to the provider to get the correct address. Instead, TOLL sent a text to me to phone 13 15 31, which I did. That was a 30 minute call to the Phillipines which had the usual off-shore phone centre difficulties. I finally got my address across to them, but that was not the end of it. Less than 24 hours later they sent me a text asking me to phone 13 15 31 again, and give them my suburb again. so, why did toll NOT JUST PHONE ME? Why send a text telling me to phone them? This time I went back to the provider who wasted 30 minutes on the phone to confirm what I had already told them. Why do TOLL act in such an incompetent manner? The item was finally delivered by a very nice person.

Trying to cancel a pick up, There is no facility to cancel a booking on the website!
Tried to phone the 131531 number, only for it to drop out after pressing the appropriate number!

We had the same experience one express priority parcel was delivered to the wrong address in a different suburb with different post codes. The Toll Sticker of the consignee was the correct name and address correct city and correct post code also our telephone number. I have spoken to quite a few Toll employees unhelpful and unfriendly. How can they leave a parcel in someones letter box without a signature which we paid for. Lucky our office phone number was on the Toll Sticker on the front of our parcel so that the person could ring us and inform us where our parcel was.

The use of the word "priority" is about as far from the truth as you can get! They are a terrible company to interact with: rude, blamey and generally with slow responsiveness. I would NEVER use them but unfortunately an overseas supplier (who I will now never use again) did use them... resulting in delays and more hassle than they are worth.
Be warned! if you think Toll look like a cheap alternative to use, rest assured that that their terrible service and manner will cost you dearly in the long run.
