If your system has multiple communication paths, then it will be using one of the other available paths to communicate to us. If this is the only communication path, then it means your system is currently NOT communicating with ADT. ADT will receive no alarms during this time. Possible causes could be an outage with your Telco provider, or local storm activity. ADT will send you a message when the communication issue has been restored.
