Caller: APM Assessment Program as part of My Aged Care I checked the Website for APM - https://apm.net.au/aged-care - it does show the number 1300 987 945. I called them back and Jackie was very helpful in booking my request for an Aged Care assessment.

Leave a message saying is APM assessment program part of my age care program. But the no is different as what listed on APM website!
