Caller: Private phone number

Claims to be from Latitude Financial yet had old information and nothing recent / current. My details were stolen in the 2023 Latitude Fianncial data breach, so I believe this is a scammer as they didn't have the right information. Always calls from a private phone number, which doesn't connect when you answer - instead there is several seconds and then a robot answers and then connects to a real person. They sent a very basic letter to me email address, with this 1300 phone number on it. A search does not show this number as one of Latitude's legitimate phone numbers. My email also flagged it as dangerous/possible spam.
