Caller: Supposed to be the nrma The person didn’t identify herself and asked for my claim number and my personal details which I gave her because I have a claim and when I asked for motor insurance she said that she was transferring me and then I got a voicemail message saying that Optus can’t take your call right now. So she has got my personal details. Very bad

Caller: CGU Insurance They have rung ND LEFT MESSAGES TWICE NOW about an insurance claim for a car supposedly. I have an outstanding claim for property "storm Damage" outstanding awaiting repairs for 7.5 months so far.
