$60 for 12 instances on 4 separate dates. 3 charges for $5 all within the same minute each day. No call was idenitifed just third party purchases and a code description with Sybase 365 Pty Ltd as the provider. No message or record of call identified on my telephone on the dates and times shown by the bill.

I have been scammed $50 I too will go firstly to my provider, then the telecommunications ombudsman and then to Dept of Fair trading. This is outrageous.

I too have been charged $25.50 for calls I did not make. It seems Sybase operations are very wrong and I will not be paying. Telstra needs to investigate these complaints. I am going to change providers, this is not acceptable.

I have also been charged for 12 calls total of $60.00 for calls I know nothing about to 19901800. I certainly have not made those calls and there is no record of them on my phone.

$35.50 in a series of calls over 2 minutes that I didn't even make - sybase 365 are scammers, now I will have to fight with Telstra to get a credit.

I have also received 7 charges on the same day to number 19794444 totaling $25.50 which I did not authorise. I have never downloaded a ringtone or any other service from you. I have authorised Telstra to block these and will not be paying for this charge - I have contatced dept of fair trading as well - This company is a scam

I have been charged $ 40 in 23 sec on my phone bill. I have not given any authorities to your company to charge any services fees from my mobile, and will not pay this amount to you.

I am not impressed by your company, I feel you are out to scam people. I will not pay chargers to my phone and will be contacting Dept. of Fair Trading.
