Tuesday March 1st,at 7.53AM,I talked to a female employee for 28 minutes and 39 seconds about CANCELING my debit card after being the victim of a scam.At the same time I ordered a new debit card.
All seemed to run smoothly but when I went to pick up my new card 10 days later,NO NEW CARD ! WORSE,THE 08/03, $126.35 AND 128.21 WHERE STOLEN FROM MY DEBIT CARD CANCELED THE 01/03!!!! WHAT IS GOING ON ?I WANT AN HONNEST EXPLANATION AND OF COURSE MY $ 254.56 BACK TO DAY.
