Caller: Alen from Microsoft Alen was pestering to be put through to our I.T. Dept as he "had an important message". He wasn't calling from Australia, so it was goodnight from me.

Caller: Scam caller Scam caller wanting to find out about organisation's IT infrastructure. Claimed to be our Microsoft account manager... but I was talking to our Microsoft account manager just yesterday!
