I was told to ring this number because someone was trying to use my Paypal account from a device in Canada. I rang the number and it said it was paypal and put me onto someone who then hung up. IS THIS A SCAM

Got a text from someone claiming to be from PayPal and said my account was accessed by someone in Canada. Was a scam.
