Well, it would appear that Simon Clarke has done it again!! He has stolen money from more "investors" and "customers", delivered nothing in return and has now fled like the coward he is. He doesn't even have the guts to put posts on the site in his own name. He has to use aliases like "Frank M." and "Tony G" and make up bullsh*t stories.

After stealing over $5m from previous "investors" Simon, in the last 18 months Simon has taken huge sums of money from Mr Ross Scott and opened up another studio in Albert Park in Melbourne. He then used $120,000 of Mr Scott's money to pay the rent up front and then spent tens of thousands of dollars on a huge Hair Choice advertising sign on the external facade of the building.

The studio was nothing more than a empty shell and completely unfurnished. He then "sold" programs to unsuspecting individuals for up to $10,000 each. Many of these individuals have never recieved anything from Hair Choice and, like many before, are chasing the return of their money.

In June 2014 he sent emails and text messages to people claiming that he was "about" to sign a $750,000 deal for Hair Choice to open in India. This was a COMPLETE LIE !!!!

Then in May 2015 (see below) he pretended to be Mr Ross Scott and sent an email to previous "investors" claiming that he had an Arab private equity group ready to invest $500,000 in Hair Choice provided a $125,000 bank guarantee could be provided. This whole concept was another fabricated LIE created by Simon!!

Only a complete d*ck like Simon Clarke is stupid enough to create a financial "story" that doesn't make sense.

A bank guarantee is a promise made by a bank to provide payment to another bank or lender on a bond, loan, or other liability in the event of default. Banks often make guarantees on behalf of certain clients to promise payment on loans. Bank guarantees reduce the risk to loans and liabilities and usually improve the credit agency ratings of bonds.

It is a gurantee provided by a bank that the debtor's liabilities (or a portion thereof) will be covered by the bank in the event of a default, i.e. if the debtor hits cashflow problems. As such, it effectively is a promisory note (i.e. a piece of paper). It does not require third parties providing the cash.

The whole story is just another lie created by Simon Clarke to try and steal more money from people. Simon if you are going to make up bullsh*t stories, make sure that actually makes sense first!!

Confirmation that everything that Simon Clarke has said is a complete is provided by the fact that the Albert Park studio has failed and Simon Clarke has fled into hiding like the coward he is. Ross Scott's mobile number is disconnected and once again Simon Clarke has changed his mobile number and his email address.

The 1300 424 724 phone number displayed on the Hair Choice website has been purchased by Ashley & Martin and they are trying to help those people that have been ripped off by Simon Clarke and Hair Choice. Please call the number to confirm this fact.

Simon Clarke has once again confirmed everything that people have said about him. He is a lying, cheating, deceiving, stealing conman that has extremely severe psychotic mental problems. He is nothing more than a stuttering, bald coward, who runs and hides rather than having the guts to face the people he has wronged. To all investors of Hair Choice, whilst we understand that there is a continual dispute between yourselves and the non-contactable management of Hair Choice we have concerns about the clients that had money taken from them with no or little service given. Since taking over the phone number we have experienced clients who have paid well over $4,000 with nothing to show for it. In one case the contract was for nearly $10,000. We are looking at these cases one by one to see if we can assist. We will in most cases accept the patient onto the correct type of treatment with no costs occurred to honour the contract.

We have decided to do this to ensure that the industry is not tarnished by the unfortunate saga that has been Hair Choice.

All and I repeat all negative correspondence regarding Simon Clarke on the site is from individuals and organisations terrified of the difference HAIR CHOICE will make to this industry once Simon Clarke's trade restraint is over. The following is an email that was sent on 09 February 2015 to individuals that have ALREADY provided over $5 million in investment capital to Hair Choice. All of which has been lost by Hair Choice. Take particular note that this email was NOT drafted by Ross Scott, it was drafted by Simon Clarke and sent using Ross Scott's email address.

If you have any doubt regarding the ongoing deceit and evil of this company and its founder, this email should help eliminate those doubts. Hair Choice Australia Pty Ltd did not fail due to poor "decisions and poor sales conversions". It failed because, according to the PUBLICLY RELEASED INSOLVENCY REPORT (see earlier posts), over $1 million was illegally removed from the company by Simon Clarke. He stole from the company plain and simple.

When you read the email keep these questions in mind:

1. Why would a bank require a 25% bank guarantee? Answer: because the bank would deem the investment to be of extreme risk !!!
2. What bank would ever consider investing in any business opportunity without having PROOF that the funds necessary for the bank guarantee actually existed? Answer: They wouldn't. No bank will ever invest without hard evidence. Last money in, first money out.
3. Why is Hair Choice having to get a third party (i.e. previously burned investors) to fund this bank guarantee? Answer: Because Hair Choice is broke !! And Simon Clarke will never use his own money.
4. Why is it that in this whole email there isn't a single mention about the terms of the bank financing? What are the obligations of Hair Choice back to the bank? Answer: Because this bank financing is total bullsh*t.
5. Why the f*ck would any sane person go back to the people from whom he has already taken money, lost it all, blamed other people for that lost, repeatedly lied to and then ask for even more money??? Answer: He's not f*cking sane! The guy is a nut job.
6. If this financing is real then why is it that the 1300 424 724 phone number is supposedly now controlled by A&M, one of the very organisations that Hair Choice is supposedly trying to destroy? Answer: Because everything that Hair Choice and Simon Clarke says is a total lie.

My name is Ross Scott Managing Director for HAIR CHOICE International. The reason for my correspondence is for one very specific reason, to update you as an investor in the previous holding company of the Australian master franchise license HAIR CHOICE Australia Pty Ltd and to outline the reason for a request for you to contribute a total of $8333 as part of a required $125 000 AUD to ensure our combined success and return on investment.

At this stage I'd like to mention that in 40 years of being in international business with many years spent in larger markets such as the USA, China and Europe I have never before seen such a sustained campaign by individuals and organisations to discredit the courage of one individual, in this case the founder of HAIR CHOICE Simon Clarke.

Despite attempts to put to an end to the groundbreaking concept of impartial advice and services on all proven hair loss solutions within the Australian market the concept of HAIR CHOICE is alive. The sole reason for this is is due to the courage of Simon who at extraordinary personal and financial expense and seemingly hundreds of hurdles over the past 8 years has refused to allow the idea of Australian consumers receiving impartial advice from a new market leader to die and effectively bring to an end a 45 year duopoly.

This fledgling brand similar to Ikea, Apple, Virgin, Microsoft and many others in their early stages has made mistakes, we know this. However the people within these brands that had shown resolve during periods of upheaval have since benefited greatly.

The reason for this request is due to a final requirement for a $125 000 AUD bank guarantee for an Arabic private equity group to hold for a period of 12 months to fund the expansion of HAIR CHOICE initially throughout Australia then internationally. In short, we have the option of a third party funding the 125K that have positioned themselves to benefit greatly, yet in our opinion undeservingly, hence this approach.

The first step of involvement for the investor group is to be allocated the master franchise license for the Australian market for an investment of $500 000 AUD paid in quarterly instalments of $125 000 AUD, with HAIR CHOICE International sub-contracted to provide performance based management of the master franchise in return for 50% profit share, half of which (an estimated $720 000 AUD) will be allocated to the individuals responsible for providing the initial bank guarantee.

I know that you have hurt when the poor decisions and poor sales conversions led to the demise of HAIR CHOICE Australia Pty Ltd, however two facts remain, in excess of 3500 consumers contacted HAIR CHOICE in a period of 20 months which means there is significant market demand and the provider of the bank guarantee will benefit significantly. To quote Simon, "the people who have bled for this brand must be given the first option to be the first to benefit from it's success ". I tend to agree. We are not expecting an overwhelming positive response from previous investors however the approach has had to made.

At this stage I wish to also address the correspondence from Simon in August last year regarding the allocation of shares in the parent company. Whilst this share allocation is still very much a sustainable way for HAIR CHOICE to recognise your previous involvement, the Year 1 start date has been delayed due to succesful corporate sabotage by competitors to prevent required investment until the Australian sub-franchrise roll-out schedule has been completed in the second half of this year.

Individuals that choose to contribute the requested 6.67% ($8333) of the required funds will receive a sub-franchise contractual on target income of $48 024 per annum plus CPI increases. This figure is derived from each of the 32 franchise catchments within metropolitan Australia having a minimum royalty commitment of $45 000 AUD per annum, 50% of which is retained by the master franchise licensee with 50% then passed on to the bank guarantee participants.

The balance of the $48 024 AUD income is derived from the new HAIR CHOICE Online business model where the 7 million population catchment is serviced through our Skype consultation service. With cost effective radio, print and TVC airtime available, this will provide a 140 consultation business per month following a three month launch. With a conservative 25% conversion rate by performance based consultants this will provide a $122 500 cash-flow positive business with an anticipated ebitda in excess of 50%.

A banned Melbourne businessman has been convicted after pleading guilty to two charges of managing a corporation while disqualified.

Simon Charles Clarke, of Northcote, Victoria, was convicted in the Heidelberg Magistrates Court after pleading guilty to the two charges, which were brought after an ASIC investigation.

In April 2009, Mr Clarke was fined and convicted of a contravention of the former Trade Practices Act 1974.

As a result, Mr Clarke was automatically disqualified from managing a corporation for a period of five years.

The latest charges related to Mr Clarke’s role with Melbourne-based company Hair Choice Pty Ltd.
