Very rude and convincing that they were telstra called me back 6 times in the hour.

These people are Shonky dodgy indians.
they transfer you from your original phone company "over the phone" which was later found out it was a doctored phone recording they had saying we verified the switch.
they charged us high rates, and when we refused to pay because we had not authorised, they cut off our line.

5 days out of business.. they are lucky i am not suing them!!!

Said they are from TPG offering discount on my existing services. New my name and my provider...

I have had many calls from this number i just ignore the calls its goes to my voice mail but they have managed to reverse the charges an now they have rack up up a $1600 bill its now been investergated by my phone provide

Very dishonest. They managed to transfer my service from Telstra to them. Send me an invoice and if I did not pay they would cancel my landline. I did not pay as I never consent them to transfer my services, they cancelled my phone line and we could not do business as usual for a week until we could get Telstra to get our line back. Tried to solve the issue but they were very rude! Polotel is a dishonest company.

This company sells plans. Very rushy and pushy. Rude.

Dont know how they get our company details, with current plans, etc

Tell they work for Telstra then later on when I yelled at them they said we are independent company.
