The number "1300 369 797" was quoted as a callback number from a "silent number": they tried at least 6 times over 2 days before leaving a verbal message to call back on 1300 369 797 stating they were from the National Bank, with whom I have never had any association

Just had a call from unknown number & when answered they said they were from Virgin Credit Card & needed card holder to call back urgently on 1300 369 797. Looking at another message on this site - that phone number apparently belonged to National Bank - !!!

It is Citibank which has been acquired by NAB if you previously had a citi account check if your payments are up to date.

Because of spoofed numbers i would call back from keypad using your card or number on citi website
