Samsung Australia Help and Support Line!

Supposed to be Samsung so called them back and all I could here is someone laughing in a very strange way?

Caller: Samsung Support, I called them

I called as I wanted a technician to come look at my TV
-call #1: they hung up straight away, didn't even answer
-call #2: got me to try a few things that didn't work, put me on hold to schedule a technician, was on hold for 10-15mins and then they hung up
-call #3: i explained id been hung up on twice already and they were actually helpful

Caller: suppose to be samsung au

its seems i have the same results as others, it hangs up when i answer or wont let me use the keypad system to connect to required service, it has to be a scam, DONT press the link it tells you on your phone.

Caller: No one has called me

Tech support on line cutting me off

Caller: Should be Samsung Support

This number called me and when I answered it just hung up. Something very strange as I did recently have contact with Samsung Support by phone on this number.

I have phoned 6 times and each time have been DISCONNECTED.

Just want to Register my New Smart TV

I am expecting a call back from Samsung so probably are them calling. But they call and hang many times. Annoying
