Caller: Compare Broadband

This number is not a scammer, it's a company called Compare Broadband, they called me on this number immediately after I did a search on their website. The problem is that they don't bother to actually include their company name in the text message.

This IS a scam number. Regardless of what some others are saying. They called my number and asked for John... Not my name. They then smsd me again referring to me as john, and suggested i call back. Without identifying themselves. What company fails to identify themselves in such circumstances? A dodgy one only. I've added to a well known web based mobile phone blacklist... Best you each block it.

Again a message saying it was a call about my broadband with a reference number prefixed with the letter of my first name!

told me it was regarding broadband & to quote a number, but was a strange no ring tone.
