I've been getting numerous calls a day from this number and 'overseas' number same company, tried to get my license number etc..
This scam is still up and running July 2015

telebyte is the company and offer you internet deals better than telstra,I've been sent a bill for $49.01and don't know why

Just had 20 phone calls from them today alone! Said was Ben Collins with Employee Number 007395 and gave the listed number. 100% SCAM. Wanting DOB etc etc. Told them I would forward the information to Telstra about stealing employees IDs and using their Brand faudently. Mr Collins then was very rude and abusive. He rung up after my 2yo got on the phone.

They are on the [hone right now (07) 5513 0743 wanting our DOB license numbers etc. Offering $30 discount/month

This is a scam - the companies Telebyte, One Dial, Prism Telecom and Telko Online are part of Just Telco do not provide NBN or any telco service. Their staff refuse to provide any details about their true corporate identify, office and management, After calling their office after an India based telemarketer claimed he was Melbourne based as well as claiming she was Telstra but retreated when she revealed she was really representing Telebyte a division of Just Telco. They have not been able to provide any proof they are a legitimate reseller of telco services of any of the main carriers. The only info they will provide is tio @ justtelco.com.au and a couple of PO Box numbers in South Melbourne and Mt Wavereley. Poorly executed scam. They are quite aggressive on the phone, rude, talk all over people and cannot answer basic corporate info questions. They may be listed by ASIC but they do not have any legitimacy, the Ombudsman needs to shut them down asap
