Well, it would appear that Simon Clarke has done it again!! He has stolen money from more "investors" and "customers", delivered nothing in return and has now fled like the coward he is. He doesn't even have the guts to put posts on the site in his own name. He has to use aliases like "Frank M." and "Tony G" and make up bullsh*t stories.

After stealing over $5m from previous "investors" Simon, in the last 18 months Simon has taken huge sums of money from Mr Ross Scott and opened up another studio in Albert Park in Melbourne. He then used $120,000 of Mr Scott's money to pay the rent up front and then spent tens of thousands of dollars on a huge Hair Choice advertising sign on the external facade of the building.

The studio was nothing more than a empty shell and completely unfurnished. He then "sold" programs to unsuspecting individuals for up to $10,000 each. Many of these individuals have never recieved anything from Hair Choice and, like many before, are chasing the return of their money.

In June 2014 he sent emails and text messages to people claiming that he was "about" to sign a $750,000 deal for Hair Choice to open in India. This was a COMPLETE LIE !!!!

Then in May 2015 (see the 1300 424 724 blog) he pretended to be Mr Ross Scott and sent an email to previous "investors" claiming that he had an Arab private equity group ready to invest $500,000 in Hair Choice provided a $125,000 bank guarantee could be provided. This whole concept was another fabricated LIE created by Simon!!

Only a complete d*ck like Simon Clarke is stupid enough to create a financial "story" that doesn't make sense.

A bank guarantee is a promise made by a bank to provide payment to another bank or lender on a bond, loan, or other liability in the event of default. Banks often make guarantees on behalf of certain clients to promise payment on loans. Bank guarantees reduce the risk to loans and liabilities and usually improve the credit agency ratings of bonds.

It is a gurantee provided by a bank that the debtor's liabilities (or a portion thereof) will be covered by the bank in the event of a default, i.e. if the debtor hits cashflow problems. As such, it effectively is a promisory note (i.e. a piece of paper). It does not require third parties providing the cash.

The whole story is just another lie created by Simon Clarke to try and steal more money from people. Simon if you are going to make up bullsh*t stories, make sure that actually makes sense first!!

Confirmation that everything that Simon Clarke has said is a complete is provided by the fact that the Albert Park studio has failed and Simon Clarke has fled into hiding like the coward he is. Ross Scott's mobile number is disconnected and once again Simon Clarke has changed his mobile number and his email address.

The 1300 424 724 phone number displayed on the Hair Choice website has been purchased by Ashley & Martin and they are trying to help those people that have been ripped off by Simon Clarke and Hair Choice. Please call the number to confirm this fact.

Simon Clarke has once again confirmed everything that people have said about him. He is a lying, cheating, deceiving, stealing conman that has extremely severe psychotic mental problems. He is nothing more than a stuttering, bald coward, who runs and hides rather than having the guts to face the people he has wronged. He acts tough an calls you d*ckhead via emails and text messages but runs and hides when things don't work out the way he would like. He thinks he is intelligent but he is actually a very stupid man.

I feel that it is time that a class action is filed by all people burned by this guy to put him behind bars. If you are interested please express your interest on this post and lets get rid of this guy for good.

Maybe Tony G. was right. Maybe another organisation was soooooo "fearful" of Hair Choice actually succeeding they paid Simon Clarke money to go away. "Oh please, please, please don't open Hair Choice Simon, pleeeeease!!!! Don't you know that we will fail if you bring transparency to this industry? Here, take all this money! Please don't expose us for the scumbags that we are!! Please take this money and go away."

This raises an interesting dilema. If Tony G. is correct and Simon has taken a payoff to disappear then that confirms that all his comments about bringing transparency to the industry were complete lies (no surprise there). It also means that Simon now has money that he can use to pay back his existing debts

Also, if Simon has received money to disappear then I wonder what Frank M. is feeling about his "long term view" now!!!!

Simon Clarke (or Frank M. or Tony G. or whoever else you pretend to be) if you are reading this, then you can't hide forever. Karma is a bitch!!!!

Any one with a brain knows that Simon Clarke was set up. He has been surrounded by parasites ever since. This industry will change the moment HAIR CHOICE can trade. Not many people have the courage to walk away from millions in equity in Advanced Hair Studio to change an industry. Cheers Paul

Can't say I had have a bad experience. I have to admit my experience has been a lot better than with another well known competitor and even a few smaller operators.

Not sure with all this bad publicity..
I'm a client and I haven't had a problem. My products are sent out to me every 3 months like clockwork. Kinda tired of people bagging Australian companies for childish reasons because they may have had a bad experience. Generally speaking, its not the company, it's the person you deal with on the day.

People are more educated these days, so I find it quite bizarre and misleading how all these negative comments have no real names.
