Thanks Guy for the heads up on who it is. For all of the spam calls I receive, this 'Private ID' number at least left a message. Obviously there are people out there giving false phone numbers, as this group was after the opposite of my gender classification and nowhere near my name, nor of anyone else in my family. Lucky strike—and I don't appreciate it! There's trouble afoot on both sides of the equation.
