Caller: Nathan from Probe Group Keeps leaving messages and text messages on another family member's mobile and our home landline. They wanted me to prove my ID before they would tell me what it was about. When I returned the call, they immediately wanted me to provide my date of birth. I told them that I do not give that information out. They then wanted me to provide my mobile number as proof of ID. When I told them that I do not give out my mobile number, as it is a personal mobile, he asked whether I could provide it so that they could update their records. I don't know how he thought he could use my mobile number as a 'proof of ID' when he admitted they didn't even have it on record.
