Caller: Sam RN A female person, who gave a name of Sam RN and claiming to be from BUPA, called and left a message to the effect that she wished to speak about a health insurance policy.
Subsequent inquiries indicate that she was not employed directly by BUPA but rather for a contractor, who had been commissioned to cold call by BUPA for additional sales.
