Caller: Introduced himeself as Belong representative
Person that called me introduced himself as Belong representative, he had all details of my Belong account with all my personal details. He advised of Belong promotion for selected customers offering 50% discount for 3 months if I setup direct debit. He asked for my bank account or credit card to setup direct debit. I did not provide any details. Instead I called Belong myself to proceed with this offer if it's legit, and surely there is no any offer like this from Belong.
So it's 100% fraud trying to steal your financial details.
BTW this call means that Belong had their data stolen.
