Scammers claiming they were an insurance company and that I’d been in a car accident. I think I’d remember crashing my car!

If they don't leave a message they're potential scammers. I only answer if the caller identifies themselves. Even then I think twice.

I didn't pick up when this number called my mobile. If I don't recognise a number I expect the caller to leave a message. If no message I look on Reverse Australia - this process has worked well for me. Why can't the telcos wise up to these heartless morons and terminate their use of the numbers they call from? Sounds too easy, I know. DOWN WITH SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Scammer. Claimed to be from insurance commission of WA from Bunbury. Strong Indian accent. Never had a car accident and hung up straightaway, should not have taken the call!

Caller: Not sure Bunbury WA location. Very strong accent so hard to understand. Said something about health. When i said you may have the wrong number the caller terminated the call.
