This number is used by a scammer, with an Indian accent, who claims to be from Amazon Prime. He asks if you want to discontinue your subscription and have money refunded. He then asks you to download an app which gives him access to your phone screen. He then asks you to open your banking app and enter the passcode, after which he tries various ways for you to transfer money to him. When that fails, he starts talking about Bitcoin, and (other) scammers trying to access your accounts via your phone. He gets fairly angry when you tell him you are about to hang up.
