Must be a scam. I don't answer these types of numbers. First thing to do is look up.

Constantly calls but doesn't leave a message.

Had calls on home phone and mobile twice today. They actually rang both phones at once so didn’t answer either

Missed the call from this number and it states that " this number is not connected". We have been getting a lot of phony calls lately claiming to be from telstra and we have a problem with our internet. We have no problems with our internet of course. Liars

Claimed to be calling from Telstra Technical Dept. Asian accent. At first a female voice and then a male voice. I was told that I had an "internet connection" problem. I have contacted Telstra in the past about these calls and Telstra has denied calling me. I eventually hung up on the caller after telling her and him that I suspected the call to be a scam call.
