Offers levels of donations but accept one off donation too.
Will continue to call back seeking more.
The girl (Phillipino) said she was based in Melbourne but the caller ID came from Perth. She said they use internet calling which may account for that discrepancy.

Claims to help families in crisis.
After a one off donation they keep ringing up for more one off donations.
Keeps calling every day at around 6pm.
Starts off with cheery remarks then quickly goes into fishing for personal information trying to build repour.
Will not take no for an answer, will ignore requests to stop ringing, will ignore requests to take your contact off their database.
Callers has Pilipino accent.
This appears to be a scam charity.
