Caller: No name, he said he was a technician from Telstra NBN

Took a while for the connection to come through which should have been the first inkling of a scam. He was saying in a thick Indian accent that my internet speed was slow, which is untrue or I wouldn't be able to work from home! He was pressuring me to download an App called Anydesk Remote Desktop and kept asking me when I've downloaded it. Whilst I kept saying I couldn't understand him, gave me time to search on "Telstra scams Anydesk" and saw a whole list of comments. As soon as I said to him this is a scam and I'd rather call Telstra myself if I was having an issue, he hung up. Be careful! Don't do this!!!!
