Caller: Someone pretending to be ATO Scammer stating I had outstanding tax debt. I said I received nothing on mygov. He hung up. I’d received a prerecorded American accent voicemail stating I’d be arrested which is the only reason I called back.

Pre recorded message stating that I’ll be arrested if I don’t call back. Checked this site, and my initial thoughts were confirmed. Scammers. 🤬

didn't answer,they left an automated voicemail saying they will issue an arrest warrant if I don't call them back...sounds legit.. not

a recording saying it was the taxation office and I needed to get back to them otherwise a warrant for my arrest will be issued
