Purported to be from the Australian Tax Office about a lawsuit but this was a robot caller not a real person. Anyone had anything similar?

Yes. Apparently there is a case being filed under my name. I am to call them back.

Automated voice said it was Australian Tax Office Audit Dept. Nuisance call.

They rang me today with the same reason!
I called again and was very confuse...

Spam call pretending to be from the Australian Tax Office about a lawsuit, from robot not a real person. Ignore it and do not call the number included in the message.

I Know you are a scam, you said you were from the Australian Taxation Office
saying I had a law Suit against my name. I Happen to be a Registered Tax Agent
and this is not the way the Tax Office deals with people and I have on debt myself to
the Tax Office.

Didn't answer but got a recorded robot caller message telling me if I don't call back a warrant will be issued for my arrest! This is a spam call / message that I've heard about.

Very robotic voice telling me tax claim is being filed against me, I did my tax already and am currently on Centrelink due to illness. So suspect a scam. h

I didn't answer so they left a message advising me of a law suit being filed under my name - the phone doesn't even ring when you call back.
