Just had a call from this number. I dialled 0 while whoever it was, was still on the line and said "operator, this is the call I would like traced". They hung up immediately.

I just had a call from a male with an Indian accent regarding an accident that I had in the past 12 months. I said to him that since he had my details, would he please tell me what sort of car was listed on the accident report. He hung up.

Scammers. claiming to be from an insurance company in regards to an accident I have had.

Just received a call from this number, regarding a car accident I never had. As with other comments, I have a silent number, but that means nothing when it is being sold to these oxygen wasters.

They must still be at it. Got a phone call from an Indian guy saying I had been in a car accident in the last 12 months. Which is a load of BS. Scam artists!

There is no such thing as a silent number. you have an unlisted number. Any one can pick up a phone and dial your number. That's how you get calls.

These companies use predictive diallers a computer that works out your patterns of when you are home etc. and just sit and dial away till you answer.

recorded voice claims I have committed a Taxation offense and that there is a warrant out for me.

Be aware that it is not legal to do that.

Good ol' Max called this morning. He claimed "this number" had been reported to be in an accident in the last 12 months and asked whether I knew anything about it.
My mate Max has English as a second language. His native language is from the south east somewhere ... India? Pakistan? the like.
I had a laugh at Max. My response to Max is this pitch of a scam is the worst I've ever heard. He in my opinion is eligible for entry into this years Darwin awards.

Another scam caller asking for anyone who had a car accident in the last 12 months.

Tried calling telling me i had been in a car accident and i was entitled to money said i had never been in a car accident and they hung up immediately

Got the phone call asked for there return phone number and they hung up, Strange people.

Missed call from this number this morning, found it listed here with many warnings, tried calling back 4 times over next 20 minutes, every time "network busy".

I too have a silent number and had a call from a woman with an accent claiming I had an accident. So sick of these scammers. Told her I knew she was a scammer and she quickly hung up.

I suspect that they are fishing for personal and/or bank details - so DONT speak to them

I spoke to an Indian girl and we exchanged personal phone numbers. We talked at night and as I wss travelling to Perth the following week we arranged to meet up. When I met her in Perth she was a most amazing looking woman and we have been seeing each other now for 6 months. Without giving too much away the sex is brilliant.
