Automated msg about tax fraud and law suit??. I rang the number they said they were from ATO HQ, I asked where & he replied Canberra, I asked why was he ringing me from a Perth area code and he just hung up. Scam guys!

Unknown number so I did not answer but a message came that said “ That i committed tax fraud and a law suit has been filed???“. Definitely a scam

Threatening message left stating investigating me and my family and a law suit against us.???????? No company name left.

received 7/12/18 saying that I and my family were being investigated for fraud. This is not the first time.

That I committed tax fraud. There is an arrest warrent out and the only way to solve the issue is putting the amount owed into a prepaid card at the post office.

I called back and they started reading out a badge number and asking for my details.

I had the same call today and a few weeks ago, called the ato and they told me its a scam.
