I have the same Problem. So Much for Telstra and my Private number!

This number keeps ringing my landline (which is a private number) and hanging up. When I dial the number I get engaged signal or it rings once and hangs up.

I Keep getting calls from this number,but it hangs up when I answer it. I to supposably have a private number!

Seems to still be going on. I've had numerous calls over two days. The calls are quite short, not long enough to get to the phone and answer. So I returned the call and got an engaged tone. I also have a private number.

I have also been getting that number ring my house saying they are from Telstra and they ask for me.  When my teenage daughter says I am not in right now they ask what time I am home - luckily my daughter knows better and just hangs up

call 1800 805 996  and they will block the number as i just called them my self
