got a call from this number today; was Synergy Accounts Dept.

I missed a call on my mobile, googled the number and came across this discussion...called synergy inquiring if it was them and found it WAS them, just chasing arrears.

This is Stellar Call Centres, They are an outsourced Business Processing company. They currently work for, and on behalf of

- transfield services ( Homeswest)
- Synergy
- Vivid Wireless

If this number is calling you, you won't be able to callback as it's an outbound caller ID rather than displaying a private number no one picks up.

It's Synergy Collections chasing arrears.

Pain in the butt. Constant calling. Don't leave messages and call drops put when callin back!

This is a trippy one no its not a valid number so clearly a scam wat concerns me is they knew my full nae

I've received a call from this number a few times, when I try to call back - got nothing! kept coming back as engaged.

i'd say it may be vivid wireless, as i do have an account with them - but not 100% sure yet. when they call next, i'll answer and see who it is.

got it is right "because it is a one way calling number with heaps on phone lines attached to the same number" They all have the same outbound number cause they share the same lines thats why you can never call back

Yeah, I just got a call from Perth 9406 7000 and cant ring them back. I'm guessing its Vividwireless because I've been on to them because I've had problems

yeah it is vivid wireless calling as i answered and they were from vivid wireless.

I didn't find any search results when browsing around online for this number. I don't accept calls from numbers I'm not familiar with. I tend to get several calls from different numbers. And I know it's not my friends coz they would have texted me or fb'ed me if they didn't get a hold of me via calls.

I got a missed call from this number - call catcher sent me a message to call 13 13 53 which is Synergy - I assume it is there debt collection service, since you can never call them back.

Same experience as others. I am blocking the number.

Same thing engaged tone when I call back!
How can we put a stop to this?

Technically, it's a call centre in Joondalup which houses Vivid Wireless, Synergy and a couple of other businesses as well.I know someone who used to work there!

So your second sentence in fact negates your first sentence. Just to be clear, if the number is "also a number used by transfield, synergy and telstra", then it DOES NOT mean "someone 9from vividwireless) is calling you back for technical support".

But your third sentence is my favourite Vividwireless, because despite your assertion, (and your smug and unwarranted sense of superiority, it is clearly YOU who is worryingly stupid. Still feel superior?
