been calling me a lot later and not leaving a message. happened to find it in the missed call list. About to block it then thought you never know could be someone trying to get me; but did wonder why they didn't leave a message.

Ann is right, its actually 'Multi Level Marketing' on behalf of the RSPCA. They dont leave messages, however if you answer the call and say you'd like to be taken off of their database, they will remove you. They are very friendly.
