Claimed to be from Windows and that my computer was generating error messages and needed to be fixed. When questioned the operator became abrupt and insistent that I go to my computer and verify the license number with her. Half way through call, fearing hacking, I hung up. They called back and I hung up again. They have not called back. DO NOT TRUST!!!
