Caller: some guy named Michael something with a very strong accent

Claims to be from "Rin" NBN or something.....claims to be from my local area, and when I said I had never heard of the company name (which I had to ask for by the way) he tells me there are many things in this world I would not have heard of....so I said, but if you are located in my area don't you think I would have heard of you...to which he replies, "fine then bye bye" and hangs up on me! Nuisance and Scam no doubt!
