They had my name, number, and day and month of birth and wanted me to confirm my year of birth. I told them I dont give out my personal info over the phone so they ended the call. Not happy Optus have handed out my personal details. I get these types of calls on a daily bases from various numbers most of the time they hang up when I answer. I block the number as soon as I get a hang up. Shame on you Optus when contract ends I will be moving to another telco

Person said they were from Ntc associated with Optus! Used my maiden name so knew it was a scam! They wanted me to confirm my date of birth! Told them I was not interested!
