Male with a strong subcontinental accent called with this number showing as the caller. I was only able to make out a couple of phrases. One was the word "department" and the other was "three thousand dollars". Sounds like a scam call to me. Told him to call back on a better line. Sure enough, a call from an overseas number arrived exactly 5 minutes later but there was voice connection.
