Rang a few times never left a message .these professionals should learn to talk after the tone.

Yes, apparently City of Swan. Earlier today in our letter box was a flyer from Swan in respect of "Please Slow Down Consider Our Kids" sticker placed on our (and others) wheelie bin today. I emailed the dude with a number of thoughts. Checking my phone tonight, I have missed calls from this number which is also the number given on the flyer.

Rings multiple times a day - never leaves a message.
