I called back number (08) 9225 7044 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

I went to ring the number back and it said disconnected check the number

Keeps calling every few days using different numbers! Scammers.

I got the same - i picked up and they hung up straight after. tried calling back but it was disconnected

Called me but got disconnected, when i rang number it said it’s disconnected. Got another call the next day and a male gay representing a gas company claims I haven’t paid my gas bills. I have direct debit from my gas company and instantly knew this was a scam. I then told him if i have an outstanding bill then send me an invoice. Man said they never send invoices. So i said he’s a scammer and i hung up.

2 calls from this number - some price comparison site apparently who had got my number by re-direct because I'd signed up. I don't think so !. Scammer, now blocked. .

I rang back and received a message saying “The number has been disconnected, please check the number and try again”.

Accent hard to understand. They were offering to compare gas bill with other gas providers to get better deals. Had a Perth number but said they were calling from Melbourne. When asked why it’s a Perth number they said they have two branches. Asked where in Perth and they hung up. The usual daily scammer!

Assume it was a scammer or Telemarking. They’ve rung a few times over the past week & not left a message.

I missed a call from (08) 9225 7044 on my mobile phone of all places. I then called back on my private landline number and it said my call could not be connected. How does Telstra allow a number to be used to then not allow the receiver to find out who it is.

I returned a missed call from this number (‭(08) 9225 7044‬) and received a message stating the number had been disconnected

Looks like spoofed number from a call centre, not currently connected.

Caller: supposed gas company

Allegedly our gas company inquiring whether we had any questions with the new charges. When I queried their authenticity they hung up.

Didn't recognize the number so didn't answer it
