Caller asks for personal information-
Turns out it is a collection group.
They did not want to hear the acct has been paid, they only demanded $$$.
I asked them to stop calling and put the request in writing.
I always ask for written request otherwise they just keep calling.
When (if) I get a letter, I then write back for *furthers and particulars*,
-such as a copy of the collection contract (how do I know who they represent?)
-the name of the person who assigned the collection (including title, direct telephone, email) You need this to have them call off the dogs.
