Caller: 'Jane' from Global Research

When answered, this incoming call has a substantial lag until caller speaks - instantly identifying it as an overseas-originated call.
'Jane' (with a very thick Indian accent) identified her company as "Global Research" and said she wanted to speak with the business owner, asking if that was myself.
I advised her that the business owner was too busy to answer telemarketer calls and requested she remove our contact details from their scamming call listings.

Is the government and/ or the telecommunications provider ever going to do something to stop this crap. Its costs all of us time, money and frustration. I register all my numbers every 3 months on the do not call register but still get these scammers. Why dont we all band together and start a class action against these sh*t heads as there no other way anything is going to happen.

Caller: Telemarketer

Following on from my report on 'Jane' from Global Research calling on 29/1/2021, I received a call from this same number but the caller was 'Sam'.

Same overseas-originating call delay, very thick Indian accent and he effected a very dumb 'I-know-nothing' persona when he was told I'd requested our company details removed from their call listing only 3 days ago when his telemarketer friend called.

This number trying to call me last few days.

called claiming in relation to builders and that our company address is being blocked by google maps. scam

Hung up when i answered.

Sales person but trash talk!
