This number has been hijacked by scammers. Indian fella answered the phone obvious scam as they don’t have my name correct and when pressed for information gets flustered and hang up

Caller: Personal injury scammer

Call was from Perth metro area, ie local area ID. Caller was female with heavy Indian accent. Could not understand her clearly at all and had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. I made out one phrase “you reported a car accident, right?” After asking her to repeat herself again a few more times she hung up. Called the number back and it was constantly engaged. Personal injury scammers - I did not report a car accident.

This person called regards apparent car crash incident on the 05/07/2022 resulting in insurance then hung up once prompted to provide further information by the caller they contacted phone line was placed off the hook on attempts to clarify person contacted by scammer was uninvolved.

Missed call from this number, did not leave a message. Assuming it’s a scam
