My mobile phone recorded this number as a missed call, I answered it but no one there,I tried to ring back and was told that it is not connected, how can this be?

saw a missed call from this number just now. Being an (08) number and being in WA you think it's a local call at first.How do they display an Australian number when they obviously aren't in Oz.

I get this all the time as well.. I can never call back as it says it's disconnected

Missed the call and tried to call back. Number not connected.The phone I have is under a Telstra Corporate account.

yeah, i got a call from this number but they just hang up after i said hello. maybe it was telemarketing call for checking which number is still using
