Caller: NBN recorded voice SCAMMER

Thanks to completely careless and inept phone companies and our equally useless Government regulator this Criminal NBN Fraud caller is allowed to hijack ordinary phone numbers and call vulnerable people with threatening messages. Since various enquiries and pathetic attempts to legislate, It's become worse! Do they even care? Obviously not!
