Caller: 'Mason'

Caller claimed to be from Microsoft. Gained access to our computer and attempted access to bank accounts

Caller: 'Mason' from Softchoice

Called elderly relative and claimed to be from Microsoft, and wanting access to relative's computer to fix something. He had my relative on the phone for a couple of hours. The caller sounded convincing, even when contacted by a younger family member.
