Recorded voice claiming to be from NBN - some comment about cutting our current service off in 24 hrs... WHY would anyone bother doing this?

Caller: Fake NBN recorded caller

Different number : 0991670242 but same general ask : NBN internet will b disconnected in 24 hrs , press 1 to talk to technician , I then hung up !!! Obvious scammers. NEVER respond to these unsolicited callers , NBN will NEVER do this !!

Regular calls from this number over the past week (1 or 2 per day). Silence and then cuts out after a short time.

Fake NBN caller. These scammers seem to constantly varying the numbers that they use, we've had half a dozen over the past few days.

Wanted computer access. His name was Max Watson from NBN, with an Indian accent? I don’t think so!

We have had 3 calls so far today. After about 3 rings on our landline, when we pick up the phone it's as if it auto cuts off the call. We have been getting these call for atleast the last couple of months.
