Hardly understandable with accent, claims to be calling from some insurance company regarding an accident. A load of rubbish

Claiming to be some insurance company chasing me or anyone in my family on a recent minor car accident, like a bump or something. Thick accent, couldn't name who they wanted to speak to, as I continued to ask them for specifics, I heard someone whisper to the scam caller and then they hung up on me.
