who do you talk to about reporting someone that isn't on the housing appaction form. and is living there with out housing trust knowing

Iam complaining about a neighbour behind me about a rock hitting my roof I've reported it to the police and they told me that they can't do anything

I received a voice mail about the house I am moving into in Pt. Augusta on the 2/ 6/20. I am currently living in an area with little or no phone signal & 400 klm from Pt Augusta . I can not pick up and sighn for bond untill the morning of the 2/6/ 20 when I move into the house because of distance unless it can be arranged through the Murray Bridge office. Because of where I currently live I can only communicate via SMS

iam complaining about 16 flinders ave Whyalla he is an aboriginal and he curses and swears every hour of the day every one is a white dog he calls his mother all the names of the day and she is a nice lady I have quite a few police job numbers and some of the things he says is unrepeatable
