redialled the no. received a message "the number you have dialled is invalid or incomplete. Please check your no and dial again" Have had 5 of these calls today from phone nos that apparently do not exists. How do these scammers get away with this. the other no was (02) 4569 8745.

Claimed that as I was getting a large number of nuisance phone calls they could put a bar on them. Claimed they were based it Chatswood Sydney, but number indicates Central time zone or WA.
