A Scam for certain. We also had both a mobile and landline call and of course we didn’t answer them. Never do, never will . Back when we used to answer the we would end up blowing the whistle..

After a call from this number, I confirmed with the Auika help line number ( sourced separately) as having renewed my maintenance agreement, calling the number back went to the company.
